Cadence General Ltd is a sports performance company dedicated to evolving athletes. We do this by challenging conventional wisdom, exercising the mind and body to meet your definition of success and longevity.

We screen, analyse and profile the capabilities of the athlete, and cross reference these findings with the demands of the chosen sport.

Then a specifically designed intervention is administered to meet your needs. Then we execute the work over a given timeframe.

  • With parental or guardian consent you can start 1 to 1 training at the age of 11 years old. Online programme interventions involves the use of a gym, most gyms across the UK require you to be 16 years plus. Please be occupied by a parent or a qualified coach when executing the programme. To use this website, you must be 18 years old or be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

  • Bring a drink and wear appropriate clothing. Equipment will be provided in the 1 to 1 sessions. Most of the equipment needed in the online programmes can be found in a gym (squat rack, dumbbells, cables, and plyometric boxes).

    Cones and bands may not be found in your local gym, but are cheap accessories you may need to purchase.

  • If you’re late, please contact the coach/ trainer beforehand. You may not be able to fulfil the hour you paid for out of courtesy of upcoming clients and that of staff schedules.

  • It is advised that all athletes/ clients consult with their physiotherapist or physician on medically related inquiries. You must be cleared for high intensity running, resistance and plyometric training prior to any training programme.
